REGISTRATION AND TUITION

Online registration for 2021-2022 school year will be open beginning January 4, 2021 at 8:00am through January 22, 2021 at 1:00pm.
A non-refundable registration fees of one-months tuition is due upon submission of a child’s application. There is a $500 family maximum for registration fees. This is an annual administrative fee that applies to new as well as currently enrolled families. If the child is not placed in a class, the fee will be returned, and the child will be placed on the waitlist.
Priority of registration is in the following order: current students and siblings who are Hayes Barton United Methodist Church (HBUMC) members, current students and siblings who are non-HBUMC members, returning students, HBUMC members new to preschool, siblings of former non-HBUMC students, and General Public.
HBUMP does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national, and ethnic origin in its educational policies, admissions, scholarships, and any school related programs.
The governing body of the preschool is the Hayes Barton United Methodist Church Preschool Board. They determine the tuition and fees for the school as well as the operating and personnel policies of the school. HBUMP is audited yearly along with the audit of HBUMC.

Please note our tuition payment schedule has changed.
A one-month non-refundable advance tuition payment is required for ALL students and is due on or before May 15, 2021. This payment covers tuition for the following May (May 2022).
The remaining tuition payments are due the first of each month, beginning September 1, 2021 and continuing through April 1, 2022. There are 3 different payment plan options you may choose from:
Option 1: Monthly payments due on the 1st of the month Sept - April
Option 2: Quarterly payments due Sept 1, Dec 1, and March 1
Option 3: Yearly payment due on Sept 1
Parents are encouraged to use our bank draft option for scheduled payments. A $20.00 late fee applies if payment is not received ten business days following the due date. Returned checks or draft payments for insufficient funds will be assessed a $25.00 fee. HBUMP reserves the right to dismiss any child when tuition payments are 2 months delinquent, and a payment arrangement has not been made with the Director and Accountant.
After the start of school, in order to withdraw a child, written notice provided 30 days prior to withdrawal is required and tuition for that month and the subsequent month are NONREFUNDABLE. An early withdrawal administrative fee of $50.00 will apply.
