Our Board

The HBUMP Board (Preschool Board) serves as the governing body of the preschool, overseeing policies, financial decisions, and long-term planning to ensure the preschool aligns with its mission and operates effectively. Preschool Board members typically serve three-year terms.

Board Member Nomination Process: 

• Current board members nominate individuals for open positions.

• A vote is held to approve new members as well as the Board Chair. 

• Church members are prioritized in the selection process.

Non-Voting Board Roles: 

Finance Manager and Preschool Director serve in a pro tempore (non-voting) capacity and do not have voting privileges on preschool governing matters.
